Gift Vouchers

Terms and Conditions
  • Gift vouchers purchases are not claimable from Private Health funds. The Private health funds have advised that they do not pay benefits for services that are fully covered by a third party.

  • Gift voucher number must be quoted at time of booking via online or phone.

  • Gift voucher must be presented at start of appointment.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for date of purchase till the expiry stated on the voucher.

  • It is the recipient’s responsibility to use the full value on the voucher before the expiry date.

  • Expired vouchers will not be honoured as they become void after the expiry date.

  • Vouchers are not refundable for cash, redeemable on products and no cash refunds will be issued for unused amount on voucher.

  • Can be redeemed for a service of same or lesser value, or service can be upgraded by paying the difference in value from when voucher was purchased.

  • As per our late clinic booking policies failure to keep an appointment, either late cancellation or no show, will result in the gift voucher becoming void.

  • Unused balances on a gift voucher will not be refunded, credited and no cash will be given for any unused balances.

  • We reserve the right to change any terms contained within these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Voucher you accept these Terms & Conditions
