The following policies that are in place to maintain clear guidelines for all clients and therapists.
We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your full treatment time. Late arrival to your appointment will reduce the treatment time to your allocated appointment time. In this case, we retain the right to charge full treatment fee.
We recommend you plan on arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment time make the most of your massage.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time can be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.
Late cancellation of less than 24hrs is subject to a 50% fee for the first time. Future late cancellations and will be billed 100%. If the cancelled/ rescheduled appointment is filled by another client, the fee will be waived.
We do understand that unexpected things happen sometimes – if you can’t give us 24 hours notice, please give us as much notice as possible – the more notice you give us, the more likely we will be able to fill your appointment with one of our wait-listed clients, and hence be able to ensure we can waive the cancellation fee.

A no show (client does not attend appointment) is subject to a 50% fee for the first time. Future no shows will be billed 100% of the treatment fee. In the case of unavoidable circumstances, such as family emergencies, the fee may be waived. (At the discretion of the clinic)
